This represents about a third of the proposed final development in the 'Urban Village' scheme. The application was approved by Teignbridge DC in 2010 having been previously refused on appeal in 2008. It does not show the large numbers of animals, plants and fungi which thrived in the unspoilt environment and which brought pleasure to many local people.
